The brownie is done exactly the way I love it: crispy on the outside, warm and soft inside.
I almost had a second helping if it wasn't going to spoil dinner.

The appetizer of scallop was surprising as each had a different topping
We loved the one with the Parmesan ham.
He had beef for main,
while I had wagyu beef burger.
Both topped with the most perfectly done foie gras we had ever eaten.
The night ended with yet another dessert, the Rose Panna Cotta...
The next best panna cotta compared to that served at our ROM wedding.
I love such dinner dates at places where I've never been too. Makes me feel special everytime.
