It's a weekend of GATHERINGS!

Started the weekend with celebrating the 21st birthday of the "baby brother" of the 802 group.




Can't believe that Jack (or "jack-jack" as I like to call him) is 21 this year. It felt like only yesterday when I was first introduced to him. He was only 16-going-on-17 then. Geesh... Kids grow up really fast these days!


Anyway, it was a family chalet that the Chong family had invited the 802 brothers to as all of us are part of their big family. I love hanging out with the 802 brothers and sisters for many reasons. And nothing can compare to the fun we have when we are together.

Hanging out with them makes me feel the true love of friendship as they do not judge or ostracize any single one within the group. Though life had drawn us apart, they really honor the brotherhood and makes the effort to keep this brotherhood intact. And that's the beauty of the 802 bond.

Pity we couldn't hang out with them all night as we had another gathering to attend which I didn't had the opportunity to capture any photos as we were BBQ-ing at a place we shouldn't be.

I just love how the overall hides my sexy netted cropped top into revealing too much. And my whole OOTD only cost less than S$30 to put together!

Don't be fooled by the little space I used. With some photo editing, miracles can happen!

I love tees

Even before I started Naise Clothes and changed the blogshop's direction into making T-shirts a statement, I already love wearing tees.

These days, I wear tees every time I could!




Because I love how something so simple and comfortable can look good in any possible occasion.

Dare to be BOLD

I guess getting out of audit has given me a chance to live life like before: To be bold in dressing and get out of my comfort zone.


Proudly presenting today's OOTD, something that I won't be wearing this time last year.



The vibrant color makes me feel every bit like a 20-year-old. And I love it!

I still won't be caught dead wearing something like this on a daily basis. But even a cap like this also is not really me until recently.



That was our matching couple outfit on Saturday.

I guess it's better to be BOLD now that I'm still in my 20s, then to wait till I'm 40. But being 40 and looking young enough to dress young is another thing!

I love Overeasy

I love it when great company join our lonely dinners.

Shawn and I love dinners when we can sit and chat for hours, just like back-then during our dating days. But when great friends call to join us, we jump at the opportunity to hang out.


Enjoyed the evening with Niki and RR at Overeasy where we had S$1 cheese sliders and my favourite CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE!




And the last minute magical movie was awesome too!


It was also a rare chance that we were both dressed up on a weekday.

Just & Torid Pre-Loved SALE

Torid and I have been planning for a flea for as long as 2 months back. However, despite both of us being unemployed, it was hard to fit a date into our busy schedules.


But we finally decided on a date to "le-long" our stuff.

The very supportive 802 brother and sister who bought us lunch.

Notice how they were wearing tops from Naise Clothes to support the POP-Up booth that we decided to close at the last minute due to space constraint. 





Overall, it was indeed an experience to have a Flea at Lucky Plaza as we were constantly faced with calculative aunties who wanted the best deal.

Though I hated how the location was a dusty shop unit that left me and most girls sneezing half our time there due to our sensitive noses, it was a learning experience and a good way to past time while we make a few bucks from clothes that we no longer wear.


What brighten up my day was my OOTD: a loud neon top I got from the recent BKK trip and my new favourite studded cap.

Feels good to dress like 18!

Home from Stacey & Gerald's church wedding



It's so heart-warming to attend weddings of girlfriends who are getting hitched to the Love of Their Life. And the feeling of being in church, just makes one feel so peaceful.

Lazy Friday considering the amount of sleep I've got and the ideas I have in my head, ready to explode. Yet I was in the mood to dress up.

Headed to Singapore Pools at West Coast Road to try our luck on the 10million draw tonight.



Not that we are relying on this windfall gain, but it's nice to indulge in a common Singaporean past time. Think about it as a form of charity ;)


Since we were in the area, decided to head to The Star Vista as we seldom get to go to such MRT exchange malls.

Tried Boston Seafood Shack since the place looked so enticing. But atlas, the food was normal and fish was overcooked.



Definitely our 1st and only visit there.

In absolutely no mood for CNY suddenly.
