Here's the WATERCRESS SOUP cooked on Saturday on top of the usual spaghetti.
Then for lunch on Sunday, I tried my hands on something new:
STIR-FRIED NOODLES
Ingredients used:
- Luncheon Meat
- Minced pork - marinated with sesame oil & pepper
- Eggs
- Seasoning
- Maggi Mee
Don't ask me the steps I used to cook the dish. Because, I simply threw everything into the wok and FRY!
And my willing victim aka the hubby, said it was nice.
Packed some for Mum to try and she said it was ok. But she added olive and fry it once more. The end result was awesome. I guess Mum is the CHEF afterall.
Now hubby will have to eat stir-fried noodles for the rest of this month until I perfect it!
