It was something that I once used to take for granted, just like many who were caught up with life that they forgot to sit down and enjoy the meal with the person they once fell in love with, only to find themselves drifting apart years later and going their separate ways.
Whenever I think back about how we used to meet for dinners for the sake of filling our stomachs back then when I was so caught up with trying to climb that corporate ladder, I couldn't help but wonder how things would have been for us if I had remained in the job.
These days, I'm glad I can find joy in having my meals with him. And Mookata always taste exceptionally delicious when we are having it to ourselves.
Like the benefits that advises couple to cook together (see http://simplemarriage.net/5-good-reasons-couples-should-cook-together/), perhaps this is one way couples can cook together without having to clean up after they are done.
