Hong Kong Street Chun Kee (Alexandra Village)

It's been 2 dinners within 2 weeks, at Hong Kong Street Chun Kee (Alexandra Village) - beside the AIA building.

I love the usual "San Lou Hor Fan", which is really sliced fish fried noodles.

I could eat this with plenty of lard, be diagnosed with high cholesterol, and I'd die with no regrets.
It is THE DISH TO EAT whenever I dine there.

Then I saw the next table order a special looking dish after I was done with dinner last week. So this time I ordered the same thing.

Fried Fish Skin with Salted Egg

And I thought the plain Fried Fish Skin at the Hong Kong Street Fish Head Steamboat (South Bridge Road) was the awesomest. Who would have thought that the same skin with Salted Egg would take my breath away.

There was also a chef's special when we were there.

Stewed Pork with bun

I'm a fan of stewed pork, especially that bun. Nothing fantastic about the one by the store, but it is worth a try.

All that pork lard is giving me indigestion and probably make me go fat again.
But I live to eat and I'm proud of it.
