Was it almost a decade ago when I brought this little girl to the zoo?!
I'm still in disbelief.
I guess tt was really that long ago since we went out. So I finally found the courage to ask her out. I mean, what if the 19-year-old girl now, doesn't want to go out with a Lao Za Bor in her late 20s? It does hurt if I was rejected, especially since she's like a sister to me. But I'm so glad she didn't!
Mum & dad even came to join us for tea at Paris Baguette at Wisma Atrium, Orchard.
Can't help feeling super happy that I'm spending so much time with the family and we are even going places!
And it's also very heart-warming to be brought to a place that my little girl now frequents on her own.
By the way, Yes, I looked damn ugly back then when there wasn't any Youtube tutorials to teach one how to hide your flaws, nor was there easily available make-up that teenagers (then) could afford.
So, don't judge!
