The only reason I'm sitting in the office all alone now, is that my man is still trying to keep the neighbourhood safe.

So, how about sharing some long dued photos from

KL Roadtrip'10

Our trip started really early before 7am as we had to pay to be on the Singapore road between 7am - 7pm. So by 6.45am, we were cruising along the Second Link, into the land of our lovely neighbour with our backpacks on our backs...

I mean back-seat.

Our 1st stop, Malacca...

for some Beef noodles

It's damn nice.
Spicy, which I couldn't take it.

So I ordered the Pork-rib noodles

The photos are making me drool at the thought of that super-delicious noodles!

It was so nice, he refuse to stop and smile for the photo.

With our tummies filled, we used the borrowed-Gamin

and tried to navigate ourselves to some tourist spot.

Us at St John Hill...
One of the only 2 places we went.
Guess we weren't very interested in playing tourist.

The place was just some random park... which were deserted.
We cam-whored abit before leaving

Then enroute to find more food, we stopped-over at the King's Well

We were quite bored playing tourist by then, so we sticked to our original plan of searching for the famous chendol off Jonker Street.

I'm not a fan of Chendol, but I like sweet stuff.

With our main-course & dessert conquered, we headed up to KL, and hurriedly checked-in the hotel and fell asleep from that exhausion.

The hotel, recommended by BFF, was super cheap!
RM95 for the night...
Welcome to...

Tune Hotel.
Sister company of the popular budget carrier, Airasia, it works in the exact same way as the budget carrier.

If you need air-con, then you top up RM13 for 12 hours.
If you want TV, then pay RM24.
If you want towel, RM9.

Get the drift?

The rooms were small, but just nice for a place to rest. And it's only 3 months old. So it's still in good condition.

By Evening, we woke up, fresh to explore again. This time, we had our "tour guide"

My dear BFF!
Haven't seen him since July 2009.

He brought us up this hill which overlooks KL.

It was a damn romantic place.

Next day, we made our way up Genting.
We love the touge up.

See how the road winds?
It was crazy!
And the best thing was, the climb up the highland was done effortlessly as our "combined" car showed it's true powers.

Looks scary from the top.

anyway, what's being in Malaysia without having some Baskin Robbins?

When Evening came, it was back down to KL to find the BFF and his friend.
This time, they brought us back up to Genting using the road which street-racers in KL love to use.

Guys that love cars become friends easily.

And BFF loved our new ride so much, he insisted on a photo

Time passes fast when you're in Genting.

The next morning, we camwhored abit with our "combined" car
Presenting,
Us with Xiaobai II

The ride we co-own, after selling our "match-makers"
The ride that feeds our need for speed.

which brings us to our next place

Sepang Circuit

The guys checking our the F1 cars which booked the whole place, spoiling our track activity.

But we still found a spot to camwhore all the same.

The speed demon in him.

Please don't kill me for publishing this... it's very cute!

Us... with Xiaobai II

Then night came, and it was off to our favourite place:

ZOUK KL

Photos to be uploaded when I get them.

Then on the next day, it was back home while stopping over Malacca again for some

Chicken Rice balls.

Quite a brief post, but I'll be back with these:
1. Zouk KL photos
2. D&D blog entry

Now I'm finally going off at 9pm... on a Friday night.
Dammit.
